Leading research teams and AI practices as industry-leading Autodesk shapes the future of how architects, engineers, and construction professionals work in connected and intelligent ways.

Autodesk is undergoing a significant transformation in how it builds and delivers Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) software. An AI-native industry cloud platform is creating a new foundation for the portfolio reshaping how architects, engineers, and construction professionals work.

I lead user research for AEC Design Solutions representing Autodesk’s core design tools, working across product, design, analytics, and business leadership to understand emerging customer needs, identify opportunities, and help teams make decisions in areas where the path forward isn't yet clear.

My role goes beyond individual research programs into helping the organization build better ways to navigate that uncertainty from exploring new AI-enabled product development processes to creating shared approaches for understanding critical customer journeys.

I lead a team of seasoned professionals driving strategic alignment on key business opportunities and transforming our ways of working.
